I went in last month for the first time for the free Veteran’s Day oil change. They were full that Monday, so they honored the Veteran’s Day deal until Friday when they could see me. They did the job quickly and correctly, and had a lounge area with drinks for me to wait while they worked. I’ll definitely go back.

I brought my car into Tuffy to have the exhaust replaced because it all of the sudden became louder than a Harley Davidson. I fully expected to have to replace the muffler, exhaust pipe, and possibly the catalytic converter. Short of putting my car in a lift (and all of the sudden becoming proficient in the workings of my exhaust system) I had no way of knowing exactly what was wrong. Tuffy mechanics could have told me any number of things were wrong with my exhaust, instead they told me the truth in that I only had 4 bolts rust away and they simply needed to replace those 4 bolts and install 4 gaskets where those 4 bolts go. A crooked mechanic could have easily taken me for $500 or more telling me my entire exhaust system was rusted away and needed replacement. Tuffy told me the truth and dealt with me honestly and ethically. In the one simple act of treating me with honesty and fairness, Tuffy has created a customer for life. I would like to say thank you to the mechanics at the Tuffy store on West Central Ave. in Toledo, Ohio.

I had to bring my car in to Tuffy for new tires and struts. They were able to do the work in a timely, professional manner. I was very pleased with the out come. I had to bring my car back to Tuffy for additional repairs. The clutch switch and ignition switch. The repairs at first were fine, but the same day they changed out my ignition, I got stranded. Turns out that the starter was also part of the problem. I was able to get my car towed to Tuffy and was able to get my car back the next day. I haven't had any problems since the repairs have been done. They are a great group of guys who have your best interest at heart. They do their best to provide customers with outstanding work, professionalism and knowledge. I'm very grateful for their team!

Very helpful staff! I came in to have my brakes replaced near the end of the workday, and instead of turning me away they just made a team effort to finish the job more quickly than estimated. This was a life-saver, as I was out of town on a trip and needed the work done quickly.

I had a loud sounding exhaust in my Sienna and I went to Tuffy to have it diagnosed. I was greeting by a very friendly manager in a very clean and well organized lobby. The manager told me everything the staff was going to do upfront to get me back on the road and they delivered with their price quote and service. After I got back on the road, I noticed the repair hadn't quite gotten the noise quieted during heavier acceleration, so I took my van back the next day. Again, the manager was really nice and so was the technician I had contact with. They fixed additional holes that were present but difficult to spot and told me there was no charge for the return visit! I got back to work that day and told the men and women I work with that if they are in the area of Sylvania and need any mechanical auto work done to make it a point to visit Tuffy on Central Ave in Sylvania. What a terrific experience I had! Great job there Tuffy!!

A++ Great Service here. Went for just an oil change, but the manager Craig was so professional and helpful, the normal expectation you have for a oil change/auto shop was completely exceeded. I highly recommend this place. It was clean, good atmosphere, and you don't feel like you might get ripped off... and you don't! Kudos to everyone at this location for going above and beyond.

I arrived at Tuffy after going to several other repair services. I needed a new tire on my Saturn and each place I went to required a 2 hour wait. I went to Tuffy's and Craig had several other projects he and his team were working on, but I explained to him that I was in a big rush. He told me he could have me out in 20 minutes; he had me out in 15, Service was excellent and he really helped me out when I needed it! Excellent company.

My first experience with Tuffy Central was when my son's car was making this loud noise that could heard from the inside but not the outside. I had gone to a few different shops no one could seem to figure out what the problem was. I stumbled into Tuffy and that same DAY, the car was fixed! Everyone at Tuffy Central is awesome, from Manager Chris to Assistant Manager John, who I have been working with most recently. I always feel like I'm being treated honestly and fairly by true professionals. The prices are not only competitive, they go out of their way to make sure you get all the discounts available, I have four cars in my family. I will be taking them all to Tuffy Central for all my service needs. Chris, John and the entire crew, you guys are the greatest! Thank you! Harold Lindsey.

I recently moved here from Kentucky, I had no clue where to take my SUV to get oil change. Everyone always has signs Oil change $19.99 special. I looked online to check reviews and I asked around ( lady's I work with) everyone said to take to Tuffy!! So I did ! I have now used their services twice and I can tell you they are great guys there. I will continue to use their services. weather oil change or new tires.

When I had a problem with my 2002 Accord, Howard and the guys in the shop made the repairs. However, due to a defective part (ball joint), they not only replaced the bad part, but did so without charge. Their honesty and kindness has kept me coming back as a customer. Their desire to see that I am treated well and satisfied with all repairs is something that other shops would do well to take into consideration. I would not hesitate to bring my cars to them in the future.

Finally a repair shop that is trustworthy! My wife took her vehicle in for an oil change and brake inspection. Although she expected to pay several hundred dollars, the store manager Nate was honest and helpful. He explained my wifes brakes to her and advised her that the front brakes were the only ones necessary at this point. Other shops we have been at have taken advantage of her. THANK YOU TUFFY!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! Very Satisfied, will return.
